A 15 year old male deaf cockapoo joined us this afternoon, and Linzy was very excited to meet him! She will follow him everywhere wagging her tail. Finally, someone her own size!

Didn’t get anymore photos today which was very hectic with two 7-8 month puppies raising quite a ruckus. Linzy loves being outside and going for walks, but once inside, she prefers to head up to our bedroom. Could it be the treat she gets at bedtime? Could it be the high energy level of the puppies? Maybe it reminds her of home?

Linzy had a very active day! Clicking around the house, exploring with curiosity and confidence. She and Bubba played a lot with each other inside, and Linzy enjoyed spending a good amount of time exploring the yard. She jumped into a window well but then didn’t know how to get out. She tried jumping once and almost made it. James got into the window well with her and when she jumped James helped her just enough to get her up and over. She was very interested in going into the mudroom where the cats’ food is located. We put up a pet gate with a little door for cats to pass through, but Linzy discovered she could fit through it, lol.
